  • First Floor Great Room with large, open living/dining area, pickled pine floors, fireplace, stereo system with CD player, TV/VCR, formal dining table and chairs for 6 people.
  • The Kitchen is separated from dining area by wrap-around breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, sports Corian countertops, glass-front maple cabinets, terra cotta tile floor, extra-deep double porcelain sink, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, trash compactor, coffee maker, bean grinder, toaster, waffle iron, electric mixer and blender. This large and very well-equipped kitchen is a cook’s paradise!
  • Laundry Closet with full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
  • Second Floor Master Bedroom is carpeted and features firm king-sized bed, telephone, TV/VCR, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and private deck with beautiful ocean views.

  • Third Floor Bedroom Private loft bedroom is carpeted and has 2 built-in twin-sized daybeds, a futon sofa which converts to a comfortable double bed, closet, ceiling fan, TV/VCR and stereo system with CD player. 2 dormer skylights offer lovely ocean views. This room is the perfect getaway for the kids!
